The 2011 Easter Off-Beach Regatta is to be held at Airlie Beach in the midst of the stunning Whitsunday Islands. This section will tell you everything there is to know about this exciting event.
The Programme
Racing will be held over two days, allowing a day either side of the racing for travel to and from Airlie Beach. There will be an invitational race on the first day. Check the programme for a full schedule of the weekend’s action.
The Location
Airlie Beach has loads to offer both sailors and non-sailors. From day trips to the Whitsunday islands and Great Barrier reef, to bars, restaurants and an enclosed swimming lagoon. The Whitsunday Sailing Club is ideally situated on the waterfront, right in the heart of Airlie.
